DU is cloud-based academic ERP software used in schools, colleges & universities to manage both the educational & administrative functionalities of an institution. The system includes core modules such as Admission, Fees Administration, Academics, Course & Faculty Management, HR, Payroll, Placement & Inventory Management and Transport Management. DU allows educational institutions to focus on their core activities rather than spending time & resources on the administrative activities. The Digital University has divided into the following sub-systems:

  • Enrolments :

    This module processes student’s enrollment to respective program at the beginning of each academic year. An online enrollment form allows students to enter /update and confirm their personal information that will be updated to student records. On completion of Enrollments, students are eligible to pay fees and go for course registration.

    Registration :

    This module allows students to apply Online for Course & Exam. Student can register for Course & Exam & Can pay the fees online.

    Fees Management :

    Fees management Module delivers an innovative solution to student billing and other critical workflows. Student Accounts provides robust management of student ledgers, including coordination of Admissions deposits, course charges, posting, and approvals.

    Academics :

    The Academic Activities provide interfaces for Course Creation, Catalog or Program Versioning, Delivery or Scheduling, Grades & Transcripts, etc. Academic Records simplifies class scheduling and keeps each student’s course requirements in sync. It also includes dynamic degree audit and advising capabilities.

    Examination :

    Provides a complete Examination automated module right from the pre-exam process to during and post-exam processes.

    • Pre-Exam process: It begins from the point of Preparation of students list for Exam, Timetable preparation, Student Allocation to exam center, Question paper allocation to students, seat number generation & hall ticket distribution.

    • During Exam Process: It includes the activities conducted on the day of the examination which mainly includes Batch & Course wise Questions, Answer Sheet Segregation and Students and Staff attendance Reports.

    • Post Exam Process: It includes answers paper verification begins with the valuation of answer scripts and ends with the certificate & mark sheet distribution.

    Hostel Management :

    It enables paperless management of students hostel processing. Hostel Management module has been thoroughly designed to integrate seamlessly with other student information stored in the database, for one-stop consolidated reporting, tracking and even automated billing and notifications for the students.

    Placements :

    Certificate :

    By using this module student can apply for the degree certificates. Student can apply for duplicate certificate. Student can apply for transcript and migration certificates.

    Transport :

    This module allows the universities to define and track the various modes of transportation that are available, different routes in which these vehicles travel and the transportation fee for various routes.

    Library :

    By using this module the student can view the available books in the library & can issue the available book & returning of the book is also possible.

    HR & Payroll :

    HR module offers a solution to handle the full employee lifecycle from hiring the best candidates, to personnel management. HR departments can easily maintain employee personnel data, define and enter employee benefits, track employee entitlements (such as holidays, leave and sick time), define and enter employee retirement plans, enter and review applicant information, perform employee reviews, establish and monitor training requirements and certification by position, and produce relevant reports. Payroll module can manage payrolls of employees & can generate pay slips.
